After a decade of discussion, years of planning, three bid attempts, two contract awards, and one global pandemic, it's finally open.
Skaters and bikers of all ages brought their wheels to Lansdale starting late last week, getting their first rides on the town's long-awaited skate park.
"It's amazing. I was most looking forward to the bowl, and I've skated it four times already, and it's everything that I could ever want — right down the street from my house," said skateboarder Evan Breder.
